Administrative Team
My main goal is to ensure that every student is provided the highest quality of education possible in a safe and supportive learning environment. Working together as a team with our staff and parents, I am committed to helping each student achieve their very best. Every student is valued and worthy of our best effort.
I have been dedicated to the field of education for more than thirty years, with twenty years of teaching experience at the middle school level. My most recent administrative experience has been shaped by 6 years of successful leadership as Principal of Fugett Middle School in the West Chester Area School District. I am elated to bring my experience as an educational leader to P.S. duPont Middle School and to collaborate with you as a partner in education to ensure your child’s success.
I am very passionate about the middle school years. This is an important and critical time of transition, moving from the elementary experience and preparing for the bigger challenge of high school. What happens during these few short years will have a lasting impression on the development and growth of our students. As the Principal, it is important to me that everyone who walks through our doors; teachers, students and parents, are excited to be here. My doors are always open. Please feel free to stop in, call, or email me to discuss any concerns, suggestions or ideas to help make this the best year yet!
